About Tango Cheshire

Tango Cheshire was established in 2003 to promote Argentinian Tango to East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. Tango Cheshire is now run by Mike and Leander.

We organise regular classes, workshops and events and have close links with many Tango groups in the North West of England and the UK in general.

If you would like to learn this beautiful dance why not join us at our regular classes. If you can already dance Argentine Tango come and join us at one of our events.

Tango is a sophisticated and sensual dance that originated in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is an improvised social dance with a rich musical heritage. Tango is a challenging and intensely satisfying dance and music genre, but most importantly, it is a social activity that brings people together.

Tango Cheshire is a great place to make friends and become part of the international Tango community.
